Audio Recordings

Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is a guided exercise that helps reduce stress and anxiety by systematically tensing and relaxing different muscle groups in the body. It promotes greater physical awareness and a deep sense of calm.

This is a great guided meditation to help you reduce stress and anxiety by visualizing them in your body and using your imagination to release them. If you are good at visualizing things or using your imagination, you may find this exercise especially helpful.
