Therapy is most effective when there’s a strong fit between therapist and client. I am deeply passionate about helping people uncover their fullest potential and move past the obstacles holding them back. My goal is to help you not only find symptom relief but also explore how your life experiences have shaped you. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns and themes of hurt that may be keeping you stuck, empowering you to break free from these cycles and live with greater self-compassion, clarity, and freedom.

I specialize in working with individuals who are ready to dig deep and pursue lasting personal growth. My approach is collaborative and empowering, with a focus on helping you develop your own inner voice of strength and insight. Many clients have shared that our work together has given them the tools to sustain their growth and healing long after therapy has ended. It is an honor to walk alongside my clients on this journey.

I have extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing a wide range of concerns, including:

  • Anxiety: Generalized anxiety, panic disorders, and OCD

  • Codependency and relationships: Including narcissistic personality dynamics

  • Life transitions and professional development: Career changes and work-life balance

  • Depression and grief: Including postpartum depression and dysthymia

I also work with clients of all ages, including children (attachment issues, grief, anxiety, and OCD), adolescents, adults, and couples. My work with couples is deeply informed by the research and approaches of Harville Hendrix and John Gottman.

In 2020, I expanded my therapeutic approach by becoming trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a powerful mind-body therapy backed by extensive research, particularly for the treatment of trauma. While many think of trauma as only acute or severe experiences, trauma often includes subtler, ongoing events that leave us feeling stuck. EMDR helps address these challenges, enabling clients to process and heal at a deeper level. If you’re curious about EMDR or how it can help you, I invite you to reach out for a free 30-minute consultation to learn more.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re facing anxiety, grief, trauma, or navigating a life transition, I’m here to support you in a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment. Contact me today to start your journey toward growth and healing.

The therapeutic relationship is all about you—your challenges, your growth, and your goals. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover solutions to the problems that have felt impossible to tackle on your own. While I’m committed to helping you find relief from negative symptoms, I believe lasting change comes from developing deeper self-awareness and transforming your relationship with yourself. This journey takes time and effort, but it’s incredibly rewarding—and I love working with clients who are ready for this kind of meaningful growth.

My passion lies in supporting adolescents, young adults, and creative individuals, though I’m well-versed in helping people of all ages navigate a wide range of concerns.

For adolescents, I focus on building critical life skills like frustration tolerance, problem-solving, and emotional flexibility—skills that are often overlooked but essential for thriving in school and life. These deficits can contribute to anxiety, behavioral challenges, academic struggles, or excessive worry, and I specialize in identifying and addressing them. I work closely with families to ensure these skills are strengthened both in therapy and at home. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, impulsivity, inattention, and school-related challenges, drawing heavily on Dr. Ross Greene's Collaborative and Proactive Solutions model.

High school and early adulthood can feel like an overwhelming mix of endings and beginnings, expectations and uncertainties. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, academic pressure, or more existential concerns like identity or purpose, I’m here to help. My goal is to guide young people through this pivotal time, helping them grow into the best versions of themselves. I draw on therapeutic approaches such as psychodynamic therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also integrate insights from the Enneagram, which offers a rich understanding of personality and patterns that inform much of my clinical work.

As a musician and creative individual, I’m deeply passionate about helping others unlock their creative potential. Creativity is a powerful force for self-expression and healing, but insecurities, writer’s block, and other obstacles can get in the way. If you’re a creator struggling with these challenges, I would love to be your “Creativity Coach.” Together, we’ll explore evidence-based techniques and tools to reignite your passion and help you make your best work.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy writing and recording music, keeping dying arts alive, and spending time exploring our vibrant city with my wife and three kids.
